She loves to keep an eye out for upcoming and new independent artists of all genres, entrepreneurs from all niche markets, and working with others to create solutions and assist people with their mental health. With a background in psychology, Jessica has successfully achieved her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has volunteered her time to help those in need.

In a short time of two years, she has successfully launched and built the video/audio podcast Dggie A-2 The Progression of Hip-Hop that ranks in the top 10% globally and peaked on the United States Apple charts under Music History at #9. An incredible avenue for music, culture, and everyday life. In each episode a specific artist in a certain time era is discussed on its contributions and impact to the history and evolution of hip-hop.

Various well-known independent artists, management companies, and their roster of artists have been interviewed, highlighted, and marketed globally. Additionally utilizing the massive platform as a tool bringing light to the social injustices of our time and ways to eradicate them. Jessica worked tirelessly behind the scenes booking guests from all over the world and booking legends in the hip-hop world such as Flesh -n- Bone from Bone Thugs -n- Harmony and so many more to be interviewed.

Some shared thoughts from Jess

I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities.

I have been met with the lowest of lows and the highest of highs. I have done the dance with depression and anxiety and rubbed elbows with the rich and the famous, and the lesson I’ve learned is that I am a survivor. I learned how powerful music and entertainment is to soothe the demons within me. And ultimately, I have learned that I cannot do life alone. My story is one of resilience. Quite honestly, I should not be where I am today.

I was born in the projects of Brooklyn, New York to an absent mother and a father who was trying to get it right. I was headed straight for trouble. As I examined my limited choices at the fork of the road, I recognized I had a choice. My choice was to no longer accept what was given to me. My choice was to change the generational trauma of her ancestors and do things differently. Life has not always been easy for me, but I am here to tell you that you are worthy, you are seen, and you are loved.
